A man in a white t-shirt and sunglasses holds a yellow object and repeatedly steps forward while gesturing with his hand, as a woman in a white top and dark shorts dances in place and two other men stand nearby under a concrete overpass. The man with the yellow object moves back and forth in front of the group, who are positioned on a paved road next to a dirt area with construction barriers.
