Crawling

A police officer in a tan uniform stands on a sidewalk, holding a radio, as a man in a blue shirt runs away from him down the street. The man turns and runs back toward the officer, who then draws a gun and points it at him as he stumbles and falls to the ground, then the officer runs forward and tackles him to the pavement. The scene takes place on a city sidewalk in front of a building labeled "Universal Automotive."
