It's a mistake

A man in a white shirt and dark vest sits at a cluttered desk, holding a white telephone receiver to his ear with his right hand and gripping the base with his left, his mouth open in a shout as he looks forward; the scene is set indoors with a large window behind him showing a bright sky. The image remains static throughout the loop.
