Description

A woman lies in a hospital bed, appearing to be in labor, as two medical staff attend to her. A shirtless man covered in water and wearing a saxophone and multiple necklaces suddenly appears, playing the instrument in the room, causing the medical staff to react with surprise and the woman to grimace in pain. The scene takes place in a hospital delivery room with medical equipment and a computer monitor visible.
