The eye

A human eye undergoes a series of surreal transformations where the iris is replaced by various animated scenes: a black void with a white object, a space station orbiting a planet, a red flower in a blue ring, a cartoonish orange creature, a normal brown iris, and finally a view of Earth and the Moon in space. The eye remains fixed throughout, with the iris acting as a portal to different animated universes.
