A man in a garden gestures and speaks, then the scene cuts to him punching a blue punching bag outdoors, before cutting back to him in the garden. The man wears a purple graphic t-shirt and white shorts in the garden, and a white t-shirt and blue shorts while punching the bag. The setting alternates between a grassy yard with a stone path and a pile of firewood, and a grassy area in front of a building with a window.
