Blow me harder

A construction worker in a yellow hard hat and sunglasses reacts with a wide-open mouth, then a grimace, before turning to face another character holding a fan, which is then turned on, blowing air into the face of a man in a cap who laughs maniacally. The scene takes place in an industrial setting with a building in the background.
