Mac n cheese

A pink, cat-like character with a large nose and droopy eyes looks up at a floating bowl of ice cream, then shifts to a confident pose, points at a smaller, bandaged character, and smiles while sitting beside them in a hallway with doors labeled "Dr. Muro" and "Dr. Luj." The smaller character, wearing a star-shaped eye patch, gives a thumbs-up, then opens its mouth wide in a scream.
