Description: A person's mouth is shown in extreme close-up, initially with a white, foamy substance on the lips and surrounding skin, which is then wiped away to reveal the mouth. The person then opens their mouth wide, and a hand inserts a yellow, lumpy substance, which is then chewed. The setting is a close-up of a person's face.
