Take me away

A man in a green shirt and red cap pulls a person on a black tarp across a paved path and grassy area in a park, dragging them along the ground as they are held by a strap around their waist. The man continues pulling the person across the park, moving from the pavement onto the grass, while the person remains on the ground being dragged.
