A person with short hair and a white shirt is shown in a room with yellow walls and a fan, pointing at the camera and then opening their mouth wide. The scene abruptly cuts to a Black person lying on a bed with white sheets, wearing a pink bra, as a hand holds a black object near their face, followed by a close-up of the object being inserted into their mouth, and then the person lying on their side with the object still in their mouth.
