A black-clad anime character performs a dynamic sword slash, creating a blue energy trail, as he moves across a dark, torch-lit chamber; the sequence ends with a close-up of his determined face and a subtitle identifying him as the creator of the "nitou-ryuu" technique, followed by a cut to a silver-haired opponent in red and white armor deflecting an attack with a shield, sending sparks flying.
