There's the junkie

Two young men stand outside a building with columns, one in a dark hoodie and the other in a blue hooded sweatshirt. The man in the dark hoodie turns his head and body from side to side, smiling and laughing, while the man in the blue hoodie watches him and smiles. The camera follows the man in the dark hoodie as he moves, revealing a street with trees and power lines in the background.
