City lights

A canal in Amsterdam at dusk, with traditional gabled buildings lining the water, their illuminated windows reflecting in the calm surface, as the sky transitions from blue to purple. The scene then cuts to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris at night, where the monument is lit and cars move along the surrounding avenues, creating light trails.
