Description: An elderly man with a white wig and fake mustache, wearing a red and white striped shirt, red suspenders, and mismatched socks, dances on a small platform in front of a crowd. He steps side to side, swings his arms, and bobs his head in a rhythmic, exaggerated dance move while a band plays behind him on a set of steps.
