A man with a digitally superimposed head, wearing an American flag as a shirt and holding a bottle, stands in a bar and moves his hands rhythmically while looking at the camera. The scene cuts briefly to a woman in a crowd before returning to the man, who continues his movements in the dimly lit bar.
