Marines perform push-ups in a line on a gym floor, with a drill instructor in a camouflage uniform and campaign hat observing and shouting commands. The scene shifts to a close-up of the instructor's face, then to a group of recruits in green uniforms doing jumping jacks in a hallway, followed by a close-up of a different instructor yelling, and finally to recruits standing at attention in a barracks.
