A woman in a blue dress walks across a street during a military parade, moving from the foreground toward a line of soldiers marching in formation, with crowds of onlookers standing along the roadside. She walks steadily, then turns and runs away from the soldiers, moving toward the far side of the road before turning back and walking toward the camera.
