Wtf

A woman in a purple dress receives a check, looks at it with a disappointed expression, and then places her hand on her chest in a gesture of resignation. The scene is presented as a meme with text overlay explaining the feeling of getting paid only to have to spend it on necessary expenses. The setting appears to be an indoor, possibly office-like environment.
