Fat guy's dance

A group of people, including a man in a black tank top and white cap and a larger man in black swim trunks, perform synchronized aerobic exercises on a poolside patio. They step onto and off a raised platform, swing their arms, and move rhythmically in unison while others watch or participate in the background.
