I'm an adult

A man in a green cap and white apron stands still, looking off-camera with a serious expression, while another man in a beanie and glasses shouts with his mouth wide open, then sticks out his tongue, all set against a city street with a food cart and buildings in the background. The scene cuts to a close-up of a discarded sandwich and food debris on a cobblestone street, with a foot stepping near the mess.
