Happy Otter

A brown otter lies on its back on a gravel and dirt surface, repeatedly raising and lowering its front paws in a playful, wriggling motion while its head remains tilted upward. The otter remains on its back throughout the loop, moving its paws in a rhythmic, almost dance-like fashion.
