A young boy with blonde hair, wearing an orange shirt, kneels on a patterned rug in a child's bedroom and repeatedly pulls the handle of a colorful jack-in-the-box toy, causing it to pop up and down. The scene cuts to a man with a large build, wearing a white shirt and green pants, lying face down on the same rug in the bedroom, screaming with his mouth wide open.
