Chibi-Robo!

A silver, articulated robot with a cylindrical head and a black power cord for a tail runs in a looping motion against a white background, then appears in a cluttered room holding a blue screen displaying a line drawing, before returning to the white background where it stops and stands upright, its cord now forming a plug on the floor.
