SpongeBob SquarePants stands in the background with a stern expression while Patrick Star, in the foreground, holds a box and reacts with wide eyes and an open mouth, his expression shifting to shock before he begins to cry. The scene takes place on a sandy ocean floor with a blue underwater backdrop. The sequence loops as Patrick's face contorts in distress, then cuts to a thought bubble showing a bloody hand, before returning to Patrick's crying face.
