A woman's head is superimposed on a cartoon character's body, sitting beside SpongeBob SquarePants, who is holding a steaming bowl; SpongeBob's expression changes from happy to angry as the woman's face shifts from smiling to scowling, followed by a close-up of the bowl with text and a final shot of the woman's face screaming while SpongeBob looks on in distress, all set against a cartoon interior with a ladder and patterned wall.
