Ha

A cartoon character with a superimposed head of Joseph Stalin sits at a table, lifting a fork with spaghetti from a pan, then turns to face forward with a stern expression. The scene cuts to two characters with Japanese flag overlays on their faces, followed by a cartoon airplane flying, and ends with a black-and-white image of a nuclear explosion.
