A character with spiky black hair and an intense expression appears in a close-up, followed by a view of a shattered surface, then a crowd reacting to a massive explosion, which transitions to a scene of the crowd fleeing as debris flies. The sequence continues with a character in a black outfit standing before a sign reading "Tenkaichi Tournament," then a close-up of a character with spiky blonde hair and a determined expression. The setting shifts from a close-up of a character's face to a chaotic outdoor environment with explosions and debris.
