A young man sleeps on a bed, his head resting on a white pillow, when a shovel with a red handle is slowly lowered onto his forehead. The shovel is held steady for a moment before being lifted away, causing the man to stir and open his eyes, looking slightly dazed. The scene takes place in a dimly lit bedroom.
