Oh Boi

A yellow, bird-like character with a wide grin appears on the hood of a car at night, then vanishes, replaced by a cartoon character with a hood and yellow hair who looks forward, then the scene cuts to a red car with a small figure on the hood, followed by the cartoon character again, and finally a child in a clown costume hanging upside down behind a chain-link fence.
