The Joker, with white face paint, dark eye makeup, and red lipstick forming a wide smile, is shown in a close-up, looking at and speaking to another man whose back is to the camera; the Joker's expression shifts slightly as he talks, his head moving subtly, in a dimly lit indoor setting. The scene then cuts to Vladimir Putin, in a dark coat and tie, standing in a large indoor space with military vehicles in the background, surrounded by a group of people including officials and photographers; he looks forward, then turns his head slightly and smiles as he speaks.
