A thick, light-colored dough is being mixed in a large metal bowl, with a mechanical mixer repeatedly folding and churning the dough. A pair of hands periodically enters the frame to manually fold and manipulate the dough, which is being worked in a continuous, circular motion. The setting appears to be a kitchen or food preparation area.
