Who's the boss?!

A man in a red robe confronts another person with a gun, then sits at a table with an older man, later appears in a striped prison uniform sitting on a ledge, stands in a room, and finally uses a hose to spray a red truck. The setting shifts between an indoor room, a prison, and an outdoor urban environment.
