thug life

A person in a Bart Simpson mascot costume walks along a paved street at night, looking down at a phone, while a man in an orange jacket takes photos with a camera. The man in the orange jacket stands and photographs the mascot as it walks past, then the mascot continues walking away as another man walks into the frame. The scene is set on a city street with buildings and outdoor cafe seating in the background.
