A woman with dark hair and red lipstick yawns widely while holding her cheeks, her eyes rolling back, as another woman in a green hat smiles behind her; the scene cuts to a woman walking down a wide outdoor staircase, then to a close-up of a man's face with glasses looking shocked, followed by a yellow school bus driving past a building with "TRASHY LINGERIE" signage.
