Claimed

A character with blue eyes and a purple hat is shown in close-up with a determined expression, then seen from above running across a paved area, followed by a close-up of him shouting with a yellow object in his hand, then flying through the air over a town with a green path, and finally shown from below with his foot extended as he moves at high speed, with subtitles indicating he is a Stand user and is very fast.
