A man in a blue sweatshirt and black pants stands in a gymnasium with a wooden floor, repeatedly raising both arms above his head and then bringing his hands down to cover his face, in a continuous looping motion. The background features a large mural of a swimmer on a wall with wood paneling and a basketball hoop.
