High noon

A man in a cowboy hat and plaid shirt makes exaggerated facial expressions and gestures, including spreading his hands, raising a fist, and holding his hands up in front of his face, against a bright blue sky with cartoon trees and buildings. The scene cuts to three children with colorful hair and hats, looking surprised, before returning to the man continuing his animated performance.
