That quality

A female character in a blue and white dress sits at a bus stop as a male character in a black coat and purple shirt stands beside her, then turns and walks away. He approaches another male character with spiky blonde hair, wearing a black sleeveless top and orange pants, who stands with hands on his hips in front of a building with a pink awning. The second character then steps forward, striking a confident pose. The scene takes place on a suburban street with houses and greenery in the background.
