RAIN VS LIES

A large outdoor billboard at night displays the Russian text "до дь смоет ЛОЖЬ" with the word "ЛОЖЬ" (lie) partially obscured by black paint drips; the scene transitions to black and white as a plume of white smoke or steam erupts from the bottom right, briefly obscuring the lower portion of the billboard before the image returns to color and the original view. The setting is an urban street at night, with buildings and traffic lights visible in the background.
