From a first-person perspective on a motorcycle, a rider in a grey jacket and helmet performs a sustained wheelie on a small dirt bike, moving forward along a wet road while being followed by another rider on a dirt bike. The scene unfolds on a multi-lane road with cars and a large truck passing in the opposite direction, with buildings and grassy verges visible alongside the road.
