A close-up of a blonde anime girl's wide eyes transitions to a scene of her and a boy standing on a path lined with red-leafed trees, where she reaches out to him; the sequence continues with a boy seen from behind walking toward a bright light, which then reveals a blonde girl in a white coat, followed by a close-up of a pale boy with a breathing apparatus over his face.
