Whose man is this

A blonde woman in a purple dress walks along a sidewalk past a person lying on the ground covered by a white sheet, stopping to look down at them before turning and walking away as a man in a grey shirt walks past in the opposite direction; the scene takes place on a city street in front of two closed metal shutters covered in graffiti.
