Evening, cellmates

A person with long black hair and a black t-shirt holds a book and speaks while gesturing with their right hand against a green screen. The scene cuts to two men in sailor uniforms reacting with exaggerated expressions of shock and contemplation, then returns to the first person continuing to speak and gesture.
