A pink, spotted sea creature with a large, round body and a smaller, conical shell attached to its back stands on a wooden platform in a room with blue, bamboo-like walls and pink, gooey splatters. The creature's shell rotates, causing the larger body to spin around the platform in a circular motion. The scene then cuts to Squidward, who is initially smiling while holding a yellow conch shell, but his expression turns to shock and then to a dazed, bloodied state as red liquid drips from the shell and onto his face.
