A man in a blue shirt and red shorts stands on a city sidewalk, repeatedly turning his back to the camera and swinging his arms in a wide, exaggerated motion as if dancing or performing a ritual, before turning to face the street. The scene is set on a sunny day on a city street with a black car, a newspaper box, and buildings in the background.
