Good morning

A man in a suit drives a car on a highway, then slams his head on the steering wheel in frustration as traffic moves slowly around him, with city buildings visible in the background. The scene cuts between the congested highway and the man's reaction, showing his distress before he is replaced by another driver in a different car.
