A man in a black shirt and cap kneels beside a small motorcycle on a paved surface at night, holding a device that emits a large, bright flame from the front of the bike, while a crowd of people stand around watching and recording the event. The scene takes place in a parking area or pit lane, with trucks and other vehicles visible in the background.
