It slaps

A man in a dark tank top and shorts stands on a city street at night, gripping a tall, thin pole that is anchored to a concrete base. He repeatedly pulls and pushes the pole, causing it to tilt and wobble, while his body leans and shifts in response to the resistance. The background shows a quiet urban street with parked cars, streetlights, and buildings.
