A woman in a purple leotard performs a resistance band exercise, pulling the handles toward her chest while standing in front of a stone wall. The scene cuts to another woman in a pink leotard doing a similar exercise, then to a third woman in a purple top and black pants, who is vigorously shaking a white towel.
